We are looking for a Security Technology Specialist specializing in Security solutions. You will work collaboratively with the Security Solution Specialist Team in the UK to accelerate technical execution of Microsoft’s strategic business priorities – selling best-in-class cloud services and platforms to our managed customers and building digital transformation momentum for our customers, partners, and Microsoft.

You will spend up to 75% of your work hours a week on qualified customer work – planning and orchestration, preparation, delivering customer requests (technical presentations, demos, trials, POCs, compete positioning, workshops, etc.), 25% on staying sharp on technical, industry and compete expertise.

REQUIRED/MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (RQS/MQS)
- Previous experience in technical pre-sales or technical consulting
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent qualification) combined with technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience
ADDITIONAL OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (PQS)
- Experience with developing and delivering customer demos/proof of concepts for Security across competitive offerings
- Experience with cloud and hybrid, or on premises infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, industry standards, and/or technology management.
- Certification in Microsoft 365 Security Administration or Cloud Security
- One or more of Industry certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, etc. is preferred
- Advising Client Technical Decisions: Business Knowledge, Competitive Analysis, Driving Insight-Led Conversations, Strategic Technical Planning, Technology Industry Knowledge
- Demonstrating Microsoft Solution Capabilities: Cloud Security, Formal Presentation Delivery and Storytelling, Microsoft Products, Pilots and Proof of Concepts (PoCs), Product Demonstration, Third Party Applications
