Security Vulnerability Analyst (f/m/d)

EDUCATION AND REQUIREMENTS:

• You have a PhD (or Master) in the field of Embedded Security and proven expertise in the field of Fault injection & SW Vulnerability Analysis
• You ideally have a background in smart card / semiconductor process technology, embedded security technologies, especially countermeasures in HW and SW,
• You have knowledge of Risc-V/ ARM based security products, C, Java, Python and Assembly
• You are able to work independently without supervision
• You have an adversarial mindset and are not afraid to operate state of the art lab equipment
• You have a good command of English, both verbally and written

• Execution and planning of vulnerability analysis on high security embedded devices (Secure Microcontrollers, Secure Elements, etc.) during product development
• Vulnerability analysis of Common Criteria/SESIP certified products (technical report review, follow-up investigation etc. with focus on hardware, crypto libraries, and operating systems)
• Support of the various HW development teams of NXP with state-of-the-art security know-how and keep close contacts with all groups within NXP that take an interest in security (Research/ Business lines)
• Review of academic research and investigate new potential attack paths on secure embedded products
