This role is integral to ensuring smooth daily operations, while driving efficiency and excellence across our venues. QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in hospitality management, with a strong operational background.
  • A minimum of two years in a hospitality management role.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop a diverse team.
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
  • Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Passion for hospitality, food, and beverage, with a commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations across all Honeycomb Hospitality venues, ensuring consistency, quality, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Senior Managers and department heads to streamline processes, improve service standards, and enhance guest experiences.
  • Manage staff schedules, training, and development to ensure optimal performance and a positive team culture.
  • Lead inventory management, procurement, and cost control measures to meet budgetary goals.
  • Analyze operational data and implement strategies to increase revenue, reduce waste, and improve overall venue performance.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Act as a liaison between corporate and venue teams, driving communication and alignment on operational goals.
