Responsibilities:

BUILD BRAND RECOGNITION IN OUR TARGET MARKETS THROUGH EXPANDING OUR CAPABILITIES TO EXPLOIT GTM, DIGITAL MEDIA AND DIGITAL CHANNELS

  • Provide strategic guidance in the selection of trade shows, road shows, seminars, virtual events, and key-customer presentations.
  • Drive execution of our GTM strategy focusing on Key Marketing deliverables ie. Installed base, digital tools utilization.
  • Drive adoption and utilization of Salesforce.com and further optimize campaign tactics for maximum funnel conversion.
  • Enhance marketing processes to ensure efficiency gain between teams.
  • Collaborate with web team leaders and MarCom team Leads on timely campaign implementation.
  • Strategically initiate, integrate and leverage demand creation tactics and tools.
  • Stay abreast of digital marketing trends and technologies to drive innovation.

UPSKILL SALES AND CHANNELS ON MSA VALUE PROPOSITION FOR OUR MOST PROFITABLE CORE PRODUCTS

  • Lead Marketing team to implement value propositions, positioning and branding, leveraging geographic advantage across EMEA.
  • Lead Marketing teams to analyze product fitness, competitors, and market landscape in order to set our prices according the to the competitive environment and product features.
  • Lead the efforts to ensure that our Sales teams and channel partners are effectively trained on how to sell and promote key products…i.e. building enhanced technical competence of our sales teams and channel

Develop and manage channel partner marketing activities

  • Lead the development of channel marketing programs in collaboration with distribution managers/sales manager and pricing manager.
  • Improve communication of marketing related information for distributors and implement proper communication tools (i.e. distributor newsletters, distribution portals and e-commerce activities).
  • Oversee distribution channel development through targeted activities and programs (such as local events, seminars and key customer requirements)
  • Drive VOC/VOD activities to improve integrated marketing activities and support channel partners revenue growth.

Qualifications:

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Min 5 years in B2B marketing
  • Min 3 Leadership in Marketing organizations, preferably in multicultural environment
  • Solid background in leading Marketing functions (product management, pricing, demand creation, branding)
  • Ability to work well across different countries and different functions
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, marketing automation, marketing operations, CRM and content marketing.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • An innovation mind-set
  • Planning and organizational skills

EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:

EDUCATION REQUIRED:

  • 5 years business degree with specialization in Marketing or appropriate technical degree and relevant experience
  • English fluent (written and spoken)

EDUCATION PREFERRED:

  • Other European language in addition to native language (written and spoken)
    Travel: estimated 25%

Responsibilities:

PURPOSE OF POSITION:

This position provides leadership for the EMEA PPE Segment Marketing function and is a member of the EMEA Leadership Team and International Customer Marketing Leadership Team. The position will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive regional marketing strategies to drive profitable growth and enhance the brand presence on PPE market. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of B2B marketing, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration to achieve business objectives.
This role will be responsible for leading marketing efforts in the following PPE segments: Industry, Fire Service and Milipol and Fall Protection Systems &Solutions.
