Description:

ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

  • Technical IT project implementation experience
  • Project methodology knowledge and experience

ADVANTAGEOUS CERTIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Tertiary qualification in Information Technologies and/or computer sciences
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
  • ITIL Foundation
  • N-Central RMM
  • ConnectWise PSA
  • Mimecast

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivery of projects, on-time, on-spec and on-budget
  • Meet predetermined project objectives
  • Assist in managing the end-to-end project implementation
  • Collaborate with the Project Managers
  • Maintain accurate and timeous time records
  • Timeous processing of project updates

Responsibilities:

  • Matric certificate
  • Minimum 5-years industry- and role-relevant experience
  • Must be willing to learn new skills & technologies
  • Must be willing to complete predetermined certifications at regular intervals
