The international operations team is looking for a talented individual to be based in our Dubai warehouse. Main responsibilities includes custom management, warehouse operations and Last Mile Delivery.

Responsibilities:
- Actively monitor delivery, return, scrap, and partner engagement processes, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Oversee 1P delivery operations from UAE warehouses to GCC customers, ensuring efficiency and timely execution.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with UAE customs authorities, ensuring proactive communication and compliance.
- Conduct regular partner visits to gather insights, improve performance, and plan allocation strategies.
- Coordinate 3P delivery operations from UAE-based merchants, ensuring seamless logistics and high customer satisfaction.
- Monitor key metrics like returns, backlog, and lead times, taking proactive action to prevent issues and maintain smooth operations.
- Regularly update the team on the progress and bottlenecks in operations
- Should be actively understanding the market need and competitor strategies and implement the best practices of market
