Description:
We are hiring immediately for an Account Manager, which we call Seller Success Manager III, at Best Buy.
As the Seller Success Manager III you will play a vital leadership role on our team committed to driving sales and finding solutions for our commercial/Marketplace clients. You will be a trusted business advisor,
help grow our team and our business while provide amazing customer service.
In this role, the successful candidate is needed to be in the greater Vancouver, BC area, where we practice a remote first working model, leveraging in person interactions for strategic, collaborative, and social
purposes.

What you’ll do:
- Oversee a team of associate seller success managers, ensuring smooth communication and service for our marketplace sellers while handling a portfolio of key accounts.
- Mentor and develop our associate seller success managers.
- Support in business planning and versioning exercises, including monthly and quarterly analysis and insights development.
- Provide analysis support to all seller success managers for retrospectives and promotions planning.
- Be the escalation point for customer/seller and/or seller/seller issues.
- Proactively identify areas requiring improvement (in process or technology); instrumental in helping formulate and execute solutions.
- Deliver tangible value to assigned sellers, measured in GMV improvement YoY.
- Lead projects that deliver long-term team success.
- Stay current on industry trends and competitive landscape to anticipate customer needs.
What we’re looking for:
- 7 + years of category management experience, preferably in ecommerce retail buying/merchandising environment.
- Strong leadership and mentorship skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to think strategically and identify new business opportunities.
- Expert in data analytics tools & conceptual data analysis and insight creation (i.e. Power BI, Adobe, NPD, Excel, Microsoft etc.)
- Highly proficient at Salesforce, CRM and/or email distribution systems.
- Ecommerce or Marketplace Experience.

$85,000.00 - $90,000.00
