JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Selling and Service Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in retail management. This role requires excellent organizational abilities, effective communication, and the capacity to manage a diverse team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing sales strategies, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in a retail management or sales leadership role.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience in team management.
  • Proficient communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette.

Responsibilities:

  • Foster strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct training sessions for team members to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Oversee inventory management and ensure optimal stock levels are maintained.
  • Manage administrative tasks related to sales operations, including scheduling and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while promoting a positive work environment.
