Responsibilities:
- Lead the Charge: You’ll spearhead our business development efforts, identifying new opportunities and nurturing existing relationships. Your goal? To help BubbleUp continue its rapid growth.
- Be a Mentor: As the leader of our business development team, you’ll provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure your team thrives.
- Strategize and Innovate: You’ll work closely with our marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure our sales strategies align with overall business goals.
- Client Whisperer: Manage and grow key client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty. You’ll be the go-to person for clients, helping them navigate their challenges with tailored marketing solutions.
- Drive Results: Meet and exceed sales targets, regularly reporting on progress and refining strategies to maximize success.
