NOOS Digital is looking for a Paid Search Specialist who thrives on the rush of managing campaigns and understands that SEM is a dynamic, fast-moving trading role. You will play a pivotal role in driving our clients’ digital growth, optimizing campaigns, and delivering exceptional performance across retail sectors.

BONUS EXPERIENCE

  • Familiarity with additional digital advertising channels, such as Meta, Tiktok, Linkedin.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and their integration with SEM strategies.
  • Worked with FMT (Feed management tools) as Datafeedwatch, Channable etc.

Responsibilities:

  • Take charge of planning, executing, and optimizing paid search (SEM) campaigns for major retail clients, managing large accounts across platforms such as Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising (Bing).
  • Continuously monitor performance metrics, quickly adjusting strategies to meet changing market conditions and client needs, ensuring maximum ROI in a high-stakes environment.
  • Work closely with data, analyzing campaign performance to make real-time optimizations and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between SEM strategies and broader digital marketing efforts, enhancing cross-channel performance.
  • Present actionable insights and recommendations to clients, maintaining transparency and clear communication on campaign performance and future strategies.
  • Use your retail industry expertise to understand client objectives and develop SEM strategies that drive business results and digital transformation.
  • Stay ahead of the competition by keeping up with the latest trends in paid search and continually improving campaign approaches.
