Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Personalised Learning: Develop and deliver individualised lessons to engage students with SEMH needs, adapting content to support their emotional and academic growth.
  • Safe Learning Environment: Establish and maintain a positive, structured classroom atmosphere that fosters learning and personal development.
  • Collaborative Approach: Work alongside teaching assistants, pastoral staff, and the SENCO to implement tailored support plans and behavioural strategies.
  • Student Progress: Monitor and assess student progress, providing guidance to support both personal and educational advancement.
  • Building Connections: Develop strong, supportive relationships with students, encouraging resilience and a sense of achievement.
