Description:

To strengthen our team in Boeblingen again, we are searching for Semiconductor Application Engineers for ATE System V93K (m/f/x) in fulltime.

Responsibilities:

  • specify, develop, debug, and optimize V93K test solutions for mixed signal, power and RF applications
  • define test methodologies and test cases in close cooperation with chip design and chip test engineers of German and European customers
  • support and mentor junior application engineers
