JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Semiconductor Process Engineer to support the development, optimization, and scaling of semiconductor manufacturing processes for MicroLED display technology. In this role, you will be responsible for driving process improvements in key areas such as thermocompression bonding, different laser applications and backend assembly, ensuring high-yield production and exceptional product quality. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, operations, and quality assurance, to develop advanced manufacturing processes and implement them in a high-volume production environment.
Responsibilities:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in semiconductor process engineering.
