Semiconductor Test Expert Application Consultant (m/f/d)

As a member of the V93000 World-wide Performance Digital COE (Center of Expertise) team you will work on cutting-edge technology in close collaboration with the R&D Department, the Customer Support Teams, and the Marketing Organization in a cross-functional environment. This is an ideal position for an experienced semiconductor test application engineer - as it requires both in-depth knowledge of the V93000 system, as well as strong expertise in the latest advances in digital test techniques.

• Addressing current and future test requirements of key customers with our existing V93000 SOC Series platform solutions and future product roadmap plans in the Performance Digital business segment (HPC/AI applications)
• Identify and define emerging test requirements for target applications based on industry trends
• Prepare and execute pre-sales activities like customer presentations and benchmark projects
• Enable and support the roll-out of solutions and products to the world-wide customer base in collaboration with the Customer Support Teams
• Act as consultant to implement new solutions for test applications in close cooperation with the customer team
• Consult the R&D on application related topics and solution developments
• Provide expert technical support for the V93000 system and emerging applications to strategic account teams throughout the different regions of the world.

Requirements:

• Bachelors or Master’s degree or University Degree or equivalent
• A minimum of 5 years relevant experience in electronic measurements/design, and ATE testing, preferably in the digital and High-Speed application domain
• Direct knowledge of V93000 ATE test system highly preferable
• Expertise with optical signaling and optical tests is a plus
• Very good English language & communication skills
• Demonstrated strong personal leadership & good team player
• Linux, C/C+, and Java programming skills
• Proven Project Management skills
• Proactive, self-disciplined and highly motivated
• Willingness to travel (< 20%)
• Cross-functional collaboration experience
• Ability to set priorities based on actual customer needs, defined strategies, and management directions
