An exciting opportunity has become available with our prestigious client who is a prominent government department. The client is seeking an experienced SEND Service Manager (Project) to join their welcoming team.

Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and support to SEN caseworkers, ensuring the team remains compliant with statutory timelines and responsibilities
- Manage and monitor the performance of the SEN team, ensuring that EHCPs are effectively managed from assessment through to review
- Drive service improvements in line with the SEND Code of Practice and preparation for the upcoming Ofsted inspection
- Support the coordination and quality assurance of annual reviews to ensure that the increased demand does not compromise the quality of support provided to children and young people with SEN
- Collaborate with health, and social care partners to deliver a joined up and effective approach to supporting children with SEN
- Ensure that data is accurately monitored and reported, providing timely updates on key performance indicators such as EHCP timeliness and the completion of annual reviews
- Deputise for the Head of SEN
- Ensure that the Service use of the management information system is accurate, appropriate and informs all data used for monitoring and service improvement.
