ABOUT US
Oasis Academy Johanna is for children aged four to eleven and incorporates a SEND Resource Base for up to 12 children. You will benefit from a strong support network consisting of members of our national Oasis Inclusion Team as well as colleagues based across our 53 academies.

In this part-time (0.6 x FTE) role you will:
- Help shape and implement Oasis Academy Johanna’s SEN Policy to ensure high quality provision and effective teaching and learning for students with SEND, including those attending the Special Educational Needs Resource Base.
- Advise colleagues with the provision mapping process
- Monitor and support the quality of teaching and learning for SEND
- Lead on a whole school approach and provision for mental health and well- being
- Review the impact and progress of interventions
- Line manage and assist a group of teaching assistants as well as contributing to and meeting the aims and ethos of the Academy
