                          Responsibilities:

                          ABOUT THE ROLE

                          An exciting opportunity to join our growing global Digital Cinema Client Services team, the Senior Account Executive will be required to plan, manage, and deliver theatrical feature projects for a major studio. In this role you will have direct engagement with customers and liaise with all internal departments covering our end to send service offering.
                          You will be responsible for maintaining and developing project management processes, project billing and working closely with other departments including Subtitling, Mastering, Content Services and QC to ensure projects are delivered on time to the highest standards.
                          The ideal candidate will be expected to have solid experience in Digital Cinema project management at a senior level and a good understanding of Digital Cinema technologies, operational processes, and workflows.

                          RESPONSIBILITIES:



                            • -
                            • Define, lead, and manage all aspects of this studio account


                              • Working closely with all lines of business and operational teams to successfully deliver each project



                                • Act as main point of contact for studio customer and internal teams



                                  • Involvement and engagement in development of customer related production order management workflows, procedures, rate cards and checklists.



                                    • Operational responsibilities shall span all aspects of end-to-end servicing but specifically focused on project management of theatrically led services worldwide.



                                      • Collaborate regularly with internal groups and departments including Localisation, Mastering, Administration, Sales and Technology teams



                                        • Work with Account Management team in Burbank to streamline process and workflows as needed



                                          • Project billing



                                            • Continued development of workflows and processes to ensure the team deliver best in class service to the studio



                                              • Ensure information security objectives are translated into tactical goals that guarantee information security objectives are met and exceeded



                                                • Other duties as assigned
