What We Need:
iHeartMedia is seeking candidates for the position of Senior Account Executive - Direct Response!

What You’ll Do:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Grow existing client relationships, and offer omnichannel advertising solutions in the broadcast radio and audio streaming space that help clients achieve their business goals.
  • Responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, keeping and growing existing client relationships, and offering omnichannel advertising solutions in the broadcast radio and audio streaming space that help clients achieve their business goals.

What You’ll Need:

  • Respect for others and a strong belief that others should do this in return
  • Specialized knowledge of the media industry and related sales processes
  • Ability to apply expertise in a complex sales environment to service large and/or national accounts
  • Experience in anticipating customer needs based on advanced business knowledge and in in-depth understanding of customer strategy
  • Ease counseling and negotiating with senior executives
  • Desire to stay abreast of emerging market trends and customer needs to expand relationships and trust
  • Ability to guide others to solve complex problems using sophisticated analytical thought to identify innovative sales solutions
  • Team leadership experience and/or a desire to act as a role model or mentor to develop others

Compensation:
Salary to be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and alignment with market data. In addition to salary, this position is also eligible for commissions.
