Florence technology powers an innovative marketplace between healthcare organizations and professionals. We’re looking to supercharge our Sales team to unlock a wide and varied network of organizations as one side of the marketplace.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related field.
  • 5+ years experience in sales role, showing progressive growth
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively handle objections and close deals.
  • Personable, confident, emotionally intelligent.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Passion for the healthcare industry and technology
  • Strong experience using a CRM like HubSpot in a CRM-driven sales environment, with experience managing email sequences and deal pipelines
  • A team player that is able to work independently and welcomes accountability
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and book product demos that effectively address client objectives and close sales.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive to join the Florence team. In this role, you’ll be a foundational member of the sales team, and play a key part in driving revenue growth through comprehensive solution-based sales efforts. As a Senior Account Executive, you will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—and be responsible for developing and managing your own book of business.
We are specifically looking for candidates with at least 5 years of experience in solution selling to small to mid-market segments, including selling healthcare-related services. A proven track record in managing outbound strategies, conducting high-value demos, and negotiating and closing deals in the healthcare industry is essential.
Critical to success in this role is a challenger mindset and entrepreneurial, self-starter spirit—the ability to work with what you have, identify new angles, and unlock learnings from wins and losses to help chart a new path. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain current knowledge of the industries and market segments we sell to (e.g., long-term care, retirement, senior living, acute care).
  • Become an expert in the Florence platform and service offerings, as well as all add-on modules and customizations. Be able to articulate advanced product features, benefits, and the overall product solutions to multi-level contacts within prospective customers.
  • Sell our innovative solution in alignment with our sales strategy. Own the full sales cycle including leading contract negotiations – from Lead to Closed Won.
  • Execute comprehensive solution-based sales strategies to proactively reach and engage prospective clients through phone calls, emails, social media outreach, and other channels.
  • Develop and manage your own book of business, prioritizing and qualifying leads to maximize sales outcomes.
  • Maintain detailed records of leads and deals in HubSpot, leveraging email sequencing and pipeline management tools effectively.
  • Conduct proactive cold calls to assigned markets to schedule high-quality meetings with prospective clients.
  • Conduct personalized demos of our software to showcase product value.
  • Be a tenacious seeker of net new revenue in assigned regions. Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to overall revenue growth.
