Key Responsibilities:

  • New Business Acquisition for the Mimecast Human Risk Management platform within the segment of 500-5000 employee businesses located across Victoria, South Australia, & Tasmania.
  • Ability to consultatively work with prospective clients to understand their business challenges and communicate the Mimecast Human Risk platform’s value accordingly.
  • Ability to engage and communicate at an executive level.
  • Build & develop a strategic territory plan to be executed against in order to achieve pipeline and revenue targets.
  • Exceed KPI’s, Pipeline, & Revenue targets on a monthly, quarterly & annual basis.
  • Drive positive cross functional team engagement working with Marketing, Channel, and BDRs to maximise the territory’s potential.
  • Work closely with Channel Partners at all stages of the sales cycle.
  • Have a proactive hunter mentality focused on driving great engagements for prospects, and partners.
  • Execute against a structured end to end sales sales process.
  • Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant information and insights to management.

What You’ll Bring

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 5+ years SaaS sales.
  • New Business Acquisition experience essential.
  • Proven achievement against sales KPIs, pipeline, and revenue targets.
  • Proven ability to run complete end to end sales cycles working direct with prospects and leveraging partner network as needed.
  • Success in value based solution selling. Trained in Command of the Message is desireable.
  • Be a proactive, data driven, results-oriented person with a positive outlook that has the ability and desire to run the territory as their own business.
  • Comfortable with a high performance and dynamic environment.

Qualifications:

  • Degree Level education (preferred but not required)
