Description:

Iris.ai is a growing B2B SaaS startup specializing in innovative AI solutions for R&D
departments. Our platform empowers research and development teams to
streamline their processes in handling documented scientific knowledge, and
accelerate innovation.
We are seeking a highly experienced, results-driven Account Executive to join our
sales team. As the second sales hire, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth
by converting Qualified Leads into closed-won deals. You will work closely with our
marketing and sales development teams to identify opportunities, build relationships,
and close deals with R&D departments in various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and own the sales cycle from SQL to closed-won
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and

stakeholders within target accounts.

  • General understanding of AI Technologies, maintaining comprehensive

knowledge of our AI products and services

  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of

our platform to potential clients.

  • Prepare and negotiate compelling proposals and contracts to prospective

clients

  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to effectively

position our solutions.

  • Utilize CRM and other sales tools to analyze sales data and performance

metrics to optimize strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in B2B sales roles.
  • Tech-savvy and knowledgeable of new AI technologies
  • Extensive experience selling SaaS products, preferably AI products
  • Experience selling to R&D departments or technical teams is a plus
  • Strong understanding of the sales process, with a focus on closing deals.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, sales tools, and understanding of metrics and

data.

  • Excellent English proficiency, capable of explaining complex information in a

clear, concise manner.

  • Ability to work independently, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced,

start-up environment.

  • Higher degree in Business field or similar
