Description:
POSITION SUMMARY
The successful candidate will become part of the Account Service Team within the agency in Milan.
The Account will be responsible for managing internal and external resources to develop sponsorships, on-field activations, corporate events, exhibitions and trade fairs, reporting to the Head of Momentum Italy.
The candidates will manage the contact with Clients and Production partners. They might also have contact with International Event Agencies.

- proved experience in managing complex clients and projects;
- proved experience in managing and developing teams;
- 10 years of experience in a communication agency are appreciated;
- good interpersonal skills;
- ability to work in team and lead processes;
- reliability and organizational skills;
- ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and set priorities;
- degree or equivalent culture;
- proficient knowledge of English and Italian;
- good knowledge of Excel, Power Point and Word.
Responsibilities:
- Creative brief and presentation, event production and delivery, by managing the actors involved at any stage, inside and outside the agency:
- manage the relation with clients;
- retain, develop and increase existing clients budget;
- discuss client brief, elaborate it and transfer it on to Agency team;
- support it with information about market, consumers, competitors;
- coordinate creative development, including internal reviews and client presentations;
- coordinate the production process;
- be directly responsible of budget and deadlines.
