Description:
The Senior, Account Management is responsible for managing and nurturing high-value client accounts. This role involves developing strategic relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth through proactive account management. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer relationship management skills and have a proven track record in sales and account management.
Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strategic business relationships with key accounts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value clients, addressing their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Implement customer retention and loyalty programs to enhance client engagement.
Sales and Revenue Growth:
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute account strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor and analyze account performance, providing regular reports to senior leadership.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with the client onboarding team to ensure smooth transitions and successful account activations.
- Partner with product development and marketing teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
Lead internal account review meetings and provide insights on market trends and customer feedback.
Operational Excellence:
Develop and implement operational plans that align with the company’s strategic goals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in account management.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, sales, or a related role.
- Proven track record of managing high-value accounts and achieving sales targets.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
