Overview: We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Account Manager with aviation experience / knowledge to join our growing team at 2Excel Engineering Ltd. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing key client accounts, developing long-term relationships, and ensuring the successful delivery of our services. You will play a crucial role in driving client satisfaction and business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Focusing on existing client accounts, a client-facing role whose goal is to build a positive and strong relationship with the customers, bring transparency in dealings, creating trust, increasing customer satisfaction and ultimately retention.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with key client personnel, understand their needs and ensure staff are positioned to manage the tactical and strategic delivery of our services
  • The Senior Account Manager shall supervise and assist other Account Managers in addition to managing their own assigned accounts, managing customer expectation while meeting company goals, they must possess good communication and negotiation skills, be aware of cultural differences.
  • The Senior Account Manager reports to the Commercial Manager (CM) and is answerable to the Commercial Director (CD).
  • Business Development, identify opportunities to grow accounts and collaborate with internal teams to deliver on client expectations.
  • Help mentor and upskill Account Managers together with the Commercial Director.
