We’re looking for someone with a proven track record in a commercial setting who is not only analytically sharp and commercially minded but also has experience managing, leading, or mentoring a team. You’ll play a key role in developing your team while ensuring the financial success of our projects.
If you have relevant experience, proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, and VLOOKUPs), strong attention to detail, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

As a Senior Account Manager at TriConnex, you will play a pivotal role in leading our team to success. You will be responsible for the financial management of multi-utility projects and for ensuring the personal and professional development of your team members. Your commercial acumen will be the driving force behind the continued growth and development of our Business.

You will also:

  • Manage and provide comprehensive reports on secured contracts.
  • Maximize profit margins and ensure timely project delivery.
  • Prepare and submit valuations, variations, and claims.
  • Create and share Cost vs Budget dashboards.
  • Maintain accurate project records.
  • Adhere to project plans and promptly respond to business and client needs.
  • Represent the Commercial team in internal and external meetings.
  • Collaborate with operational colleagues to ensure work orders’ accuracy and completeness.

As a manager, your role includes developing the Commercial Account Managers using the business’ performance framework and providing technical and commercial expertise/support.
