YOUR ROLE
We’re looking for a dynamic Senior Account Manager to lead the charge in managing our key accounts. You’ll be the bridge between our innovative solutions and our clients, ensuring they get maximum value from our platform. From onboarding new clients to nurturing long-term relationships, your work will be critical to our growth and success.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Account Setup & Management: Establish and oversee new client accounts, ensuring data accuracy and providing actionable insights.
- Performance Tracking: Implement tracking systems to monitor account performance, delivering regular updates to key stakeholders.
- Sales & Ops Handover: Develop and manage a seamless process for transitioning accounts from Sales/Ops to Account Management.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, acting as their go-to contact for all things Ally Health.
- Client Support: Deliver top-notch, personalised support, resolving issues quickly and effectively.
- Onboarding & Training: Design and lead comprehensive onboarding and training programs to ensure clients maximise our solutions.
- Strategic Engagement: Develop and execute plans to boost client engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Promotion & Advocacy: Champion our latest product features, helping clients get the most out of our platform.
