Are you a passionate about customer experience & identifying new enterprise business opportunities? We are looking for our next Senior Account Manager to join our team and provide our clients a fit for purpose solution with our products. Our technology solutions aid the legal and financial space, so if those industries are of interest, this role is for you!
This is a full-time role based in our Sydney office 4 days week and will be reporting to the VP of Sales.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE
- 4+ years of enterprise account management experience
- Confident forecasting ability and skills
- Experience establishing churn prevention strategies
- Experience deploying growth strategy from bottom up
- Experience in holding commercial meetings with all levels including senior executive and translating their business needs into a complete solution
- Targeted account selling- desirable but not a must
Responsibilities:
- You will lead engagement across existing accounts and identify new enterprise business opportunities
- You will propel net new sales by cross selling and upselling to existing accounts through exploration and nurturing
- You will drive strategic cross functional flow across various sectors and areas of law
- You will deliver business reviews to our clients on a quarterly or annual basis depending on account
- Through collaboration and problem solving you will drive sales objectives and accomplish business outcomes as a team.
