WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to lead client management efforts for Fintel Check, Fintel Connect’s AI-driven marketing compliance tool. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong client relationships, managing high-value accounts, and ensuring the successful delivery of services that meet client expectations and regulatory requirements. The Senior Account Manager will serve as a key point of contact for escalations, oversee onboarding processes, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution, client satisfaction, and optimal compliance outcomes. Additionally, this role ensures clients maximize Fintel Check’s capabilities while maintaining adherence to industry standards.
Responsibilities:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven track record of success in account management, client management, business development and/or sales roles within the financial services or technology industry.
- Minimum of 3+ years of leadership experience in managing teams, with a strong ability to mentor and develop talent.
- Experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics, with a strong understanding of campaign management, performance analysis, and optimization.
- Experience working in an agency environment, managing client relationships, and handling multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong understanding of affiliate/digital marketing, compliance, and financial technology (fintech) landscape.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach and a passion for driving product innovation and market expansion.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional teams and remote stakeholders.
- Experience using CRM software (e.g., hubspot) and project management tools.
- Prior experience in launching and commercializing new products or solutions is an asset.
