We are looking for a dynamic Senior Account Manager to join our team and work on an exciting portfolio of financial adviser accounts, acting as the day-to-day lead to our adviser partners.
The role will involve managing and enhancing the daily delivery of your accounts business flows including financial illustrations, applications, general enquiries and training. The role will suit someone driven, who enjoys working in a forward thinking fast paced environment, enjoys the financial advice market, and who is experienced in taking a proactive lead in a growing a panel of accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible to define and execute the strategy to develop key accounts.
  • Build and strengthen adviser partner relationships to achieve long-term partnerships and maximise the opportunity within your portfolio of accounts.
  • Grow our existing adviser penetration by building long-term relationships and delivering training and education on the platforms offering.
  • Understand customer requirements and needs to offer suitable solutions and generate new business.
  • Ensure the timely turnaround of communications, enquiries, illustrations, and applications across your team.
  • Resolve any issues to maintain and strengthen adviser and client trust.
  • Supporting the successful onboarding of new clients.
  • Utilise our internal systems to report on and analyse trends in our sales data
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to identify the opportunity within your portfolio.
