Description:

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Solid technical and commercial knowledge of the CX products & solutions;
  • Good knowledge of CX specific procedures.
  • Solid knowledge necessary to promote the company’s solutions and services portfolio to CX products & solutions customers.
  • High level of competence in the preparation of tenders.
  • Experience in marketing techniques.
  • Experience in the preparation of budgetary offers (in collaboration with financial department and other departments).
  • University degree.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of working experience with the CX products & solutions.
  • Proving track record on selling CX products & solutions.
  • Experience in delivering customer-oriented solutions.
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive level.
  • Experience of IT projects.
  • Proven ability to achieve objectives and targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills both English and Romanian.

Responsibilities:

  • The candidate will be an essential part of the Sales Team;
  • Promote the CX solutions/products/services from the company’s portfolio;
  • Conduct market research about the competition and opportunities;
  • Identify business development opportunities for the promoted solutions and collaborate with company’s teams to ensure that business growth is achieved;
  • Develop trusted relationships with key customers’ stakeholders and executives;
  • Develop and maintain business relationships with key suppliers and partners in the Market;
  • Act as the focal point for all subject related to company’s CX products & solutions customers;
  • Support customers in clarifying needs and requirements and help develop effective solutions to address them;
  • Identify and contribute to solve complex problems in the environment of customers or potential customers. Be able to propose alternative solutions and options;
  • Revise the tender documents and coordinate responses to RFI/RFQ with the Bidding and Technical Teams, in collaboration with different parts of the organization;
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of the proposed solutions, in accordance with customers’ needs and objectives;
  • Communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
