Our Away from Home (AFH) division manufactures and distributes high-quality, cost-effective product solutions to a wide range of public commercial entities. Through its foodservice distributors, wholesalers, sanitary products, and janitorial supply companies, the AFH provides quality paper solutions to the hospitality, food service, property management, and healthcare industries.

Responsibilities:

The Senior Account Manager will ensure sustained business growth by forming and maintaining close relationships with our local distributor and vendor accounts. You will manage and communicate marketing initiatives and new product launches while being a trusted ambassador of the Kruger Products brand to our AFH customers.

In this role, you can expect to:

  • Monitor and maintain the existing customer accounts and national distributors
  • Administer and manage various pricing structures, distributor discounts, contract pricing and customer allocations to maximize sales volume and profitability
  • Maintain regular reporting of vendor activity to reflect accurate sales data and insights
  • Provide a high-quality, high-satisfaction customer service experience
  • Support the Quebec Sales Team in the execution of our Regional Marketing Plan
  • Be a representative of KP at regional social events to promote and increase brand awareness and visibility in the market
