Description:

YOUR CONTRIBUTION

  • Build and nurture long-term, strategic relationships with senior stakeholders at pre-selected client organizations
  • Deliver exceptional care and strategic consulting to elevate and expand clients’ innovation management
  • Proactively uncover, analyze, and manage potential growth with existing clients
  • Skillfully negotiate on commercial and strategic topics at a senior level
  • Lead and guide internal customer project teams and mentor colleagues to achieve excellence
  • Prepare and present customized offers that meet clients’ unique needs
  • Establish and sustain connections across all levels of client organizations, from departmental to executive
  • Maintain deep industry knowledge to advise clients on innovative strategies
  • Provide expert consultation on relevant standards, methods, tools, and applications
  • Demonstrate a willingness to travel as needed to support client engagements

YOUR SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Completed studies or comparable professional training/experience in business informatics, business administration with a focus on sales and customer relationship management
  • Minimum 2-5 years experience as part of a corporate sales team (or equivalent) // experience in the SaaS-Business context is an advantage
  • English negotiation skills are required to support an international client base (C1). German language skills (at least B2) are also recommended
  • High degree of commitment bundled with communicative expertise
  • Quality- and customer-oriented, ability to work independently and proactively
  • Very good interpersonal skills with a positive and cooperative attitude, including eloquence and confident behaviour
  • Maintain an awareness of the latest developments in innovation management and understand implications
  • Assess and evaluate risks, including strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrate creativity, innovation, and ethical thinking in applying solutions for the benefit of the customer
