Your Role: Are you a dynamic and experienced professional with a knack for building strong relationships and driving sales? As our Senior Account Manager, you will be the key player in managing and growing key accounts within your region. You will collaborate with various stakeholders across the business to drive Ascom’s growth and ensure the timely delivery of sales targets.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and Collaborate: Work within an account team to ensure effective execution of responsibilities and tasks. Be a key member of the Ascom team, providing input, motivation, and continuous improvement.
- Strategize and Execute: Develop and execute sales strategies within assigned accounts. Create strategic account plans and own their execution.
- Drive Sales: Meet targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives. Grow and maintain the existing customer portfolio and qualify new leads.
- Build Relationships: Develop account penetration strategies and share market intelligence. Maintain effective and trustful relationships with customers.
- Innovate and Inform: Keep clients informed of new products and services, recommending those that fit their needs. Ensure a deep understanding of customers’ business models and map Ascom’s solutions accordingly.
- Manage and Forecast: Ensure accurate pipeline management and forecasting. Keep the CRM system up-to-date and forecast accurately.
- Prospect and Propose: Prospect for new customers and generate proposals. Coordinate the involvement of Ascom subject matter experts in customer interactions.
