Description:

REQUIREMENTS:

Arabic speaker is a must
5+ years of experience in client service or account management, preferably within an advertising agency
Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken
Proven track record of managing successful advertising campaigns across multiple channels (digital, print, TV, etc.)
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
Self-motivated, proactive, and solution-oriented, with strong attention to detail

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
Oversee the management of client accounts, including strategy development, campaign execution, and reporting
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative and media, to deliver exceptional advertising campaigns
Proactively identify opportunities for account growth and upselling
Provide timely and accurate client communication, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on project timelines and deliverables
Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize results
Stay current on industry trends and best practices, sharing knowledge with the team to drive continuous improvement
Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
Contribute to new business development efforts, including pitching and proposal development
