ROLE: Senior Account Manager

Responsibilities:

A LITTLE BIT ABOUT THE ROLE:

This is an exciting and challenging role for an experienced Senior Account Manager who will be joining our newly launched in-house studio team working with a global leader in the drinks industry. The core role will focus on building great relationships with marketing professionals and collaborating with a cross-departmental team of people to deliver projects that result in growth for our clients.
The ideal candidate will have experience leading social, campaign adapt, CRM, ecomm and POS projects from start to finish. They will have a track record of delivering on-brief quality work and growth in their client relationships. They will be excited about working across a portfolio of brands.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Client relationship management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with the local market teams. Act as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters. Embody and implement quality service levels across all interactions with clients. Elevate the quality of client briefs and OLIVER’s response to them. Keep senior management up to date on the account health.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with clients and OLIVER teams to develop strategies on projects and services that align with their business goals and objectives. Provide strategic recommendations, forward plan activity and ensure the timely delivery of campaigns.
  • Project Oversight: Write statements of work for new projects. Oversee the execution of multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Manage day to day communications of projects that you are working on, including project status, contact reports, and risk logs. Escalate and resolve project risks.
  • Team Leadership: Develop a deep understanding of the client’s business and brands to inspire and influence OLIVER teams. Foster an environment of collaboration and performance. Provide leadership to cross-discipline agency teams and client account meetings.
  • Financial Management: Manage client account budgets, ensuring all projects are profitable and delivered in scope. Oversee billing and reporting for client accounts. Responsible for reporting against financial targets.
  • Performance Measurement: Collaborate with strategy and social teams to analyse campaign performance and provide reports and recommendations for optimization.
  • Industry Insight and Innovation Stay informed about industry trends and innovations to keep clients at the forefront of advertising practices. Bring the best of OLIVER and The Brand Tech Group to the client.
