By joining the team, you will have the opportunity to lead gold standard media planning and have direct access to multiple SBUs, strategy specialists as well as digital transformation and comms planning. You will lead gold standard client relationships, and become a trusted partner to a high-level, collaborative marketing team at Suncorp. You will work closely with the Account Director, Investment Team & SLT to deliver best in class planning and work to a great client. As Senior Account Manager, you will play a core role delivering our Performance with Integrity ambition across OMD’s clients. You will be at the center of creating market leading ideas for our clients. You will be equally competent in digital and traditional media channel. You will challenge and develop your direct reports to enable them to be the best they can be.

Responsibilities:

  • Originate and deliver Communication Ideas and Plans using `’OMD Design”
  • Take responsibility for managing comms implementation and make recommendation to clients on in-depth customer focused rationale
  • Respond to global /regional reporting requests on international clientsDelivery and upkeep of all relevant reporting systems and templates
  • Deliver best in class client service that builds business and strong client relationships
  • In depth understanding of commercial arrangement with all clients
  • Collaborate with and share information with creative agency partners for optimal client outcomes
  • Provide budget figures on request for respective clients
  • Delivery of financial process month to month and optimize where needed
  • Support the account query process and provide responses with supporting documentation
  • Manage and develop your direct reports skill set so they feel challenged, motivated and engaged
  • Ensure you and your team live by the OMD Values
