You will be reporting into Account Director, working across a global brand, delivering predominantly digital work with the opportunity to deliver through the line campaigns. You need to be able to hit the ground running from day 1, be a self-starter and consistently drive for on time, high standard work delivery.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Educated to a Degree level
  • Marketing qualification essential
  • 4-5 years’ experience in Account Management in Communication (including digital experience).
  • Managing the expectations and collaboration of multiple stakeholders (client, internal and external partners)
  • Seamlessly deliver according to brief, on strategy and within client scope.
  • You must have experience running jobs, projects and campaigns from start to finish with little senior support.
  • Experience of the production process from brief through directors treatment, pre and post-production is essential.
  • Experience driving out the production of high-quality work is critical
  • Digital experience is a necessity
  • Experience on Chase is preferred
  • Financial & budget management experience required
  • Experience in FMCG space is preferred
  • Knowledge of digital media is advantageous
  • Strong knowledge of and experience using Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint.

  • Management of campaign execution and production for the global content studio delivery.
  • Management of client expectations and service delivery by being a focal point for day-to-day interaction and driving executional, excellence.
  • Ensuring clear and concise briefs, client engagement reports, financial tracking and upwards management of their portfolio to the client lead.

  • Source of leadership to junior staff in your portfolio
  • Identify and motivate new ways of working, both creatively and operationally
  • Become a role model for junior staff
  • Support team development and project planning
  • Conduct appraisals for junior staff (if applicable)
  • Contribute to and participate in personal development activities for junior staff (i.e. via coaching, workshop development etc, career planning).
  • Actively look to maintain and build positive working relationships
  • Manage up – ensure your seniors are abreast of all activity on the account and empower them to support you through open lines of communication
