Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Senior Account Manager to join our Client Services team. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in managing accounts within the advertising or media industry, particularly in OOH media or in an integrated agency. A solid understanding of Production, Events or Project Management is key. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail and a proactive and positive approach to supporting client needs and ensuring campaign success.
You will love multitasking and be passionate about solving problems. We’re a very collaborative team and would love to add someone with initiative and curiosity.
We’re a lovely bunch and all about personal development so you’d be supported and mentored by the Senior Management Team to develop your skill set and grow in your role.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Account management experience in the advertising or media industry
- Experience with OOH Media
- Strong communication & organisation skills
- Analytical mindset & attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities
- Client focused with a passion for creative production

Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Support: Managing client relationships across multiple accounts, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. You will work closely alongside the Account Director to begin to get a deeper understanding of your clients to ensure long term success.
- Campaign Assistance: Lead on the planning, execution, and evaluation of your clients OOH media campaigns. Collaborate with internal teams (creative, production, and operations)
- Strategic Contribution: Support and contribute to the development of tailored OOH media strategies that align with client goals. Identify, plan and help develop new business opportunities.
- Financial Administration: Prepare budgets, manage PO requests, and ensure financial accuracy throughout the campaign lifecycle.
- Reporting & Analysis: Compile reconciliation reports for clients, ensuring planned spend is accurate.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the OOH media space.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members, contributing to a positive and productive work environment. Provide mentorship to the Senior Account Executive as needed.
