Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Excellent time management and attention to detail

Must hold full clean UK Driving Licence

Excellent proven IT background, ideally for a Microsoft Partner/Managed Service Provider
Ability to persuade, influence and negotiate effectively at all levels within and outside the organisation.
Well versed in managing a busy workload and adhering to deadlines.
Excellent conversational fluency in English is required to clearly explain complex technical issues

Responsibilities:
We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our growing team of like-minded tech people. Should you choose to accept, your responsibilities will encompass:
Operate as the lead point of contact for your portfolio of clients.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Hold regular reviews with clients in accordance with Account Management Procedure
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
Liaise with technical teams to design and develop tailored IT solutions that meet the client’s needs
Provide feedback to technical technical teams based on clients needs, aiding in the continuous improvement of the solutions offered
Provide support, mentorship and advice to colleagues when required.
