THE EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING

  • 9+ years of B2B sales experience in wholesale, retail, or natural consumer packaged goods (CPG).
  • Proven track record of success in growing sales within a variety of grocery, pharmacy, or health & wellness retail channels.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with key retail decision-makers.
  • Experience attending and representing a brand at trade shows and industry events.
  • Experience contributing to the development and delivery of effective sales training.
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales analytics tools.
  • Highly self-motivated and results-oriented, with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

As our Senior Sales Manager, you will expand and manage wholesale partnerships with mid-market, key accounts and mass grocery, pharmacy, and health & wellness retailers. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing long-term customer relationships, and executing strategic sales plans.
