Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

As a Senior Account Manager, you will drive revenue growth across Seequent’s full product portfolio by delivering high customer retention rates, proactively engaging on expansion opportunities, and leading upsell, expansion & cross-sell opportunities throughout the customer lifecycle. You will be the strategic orchestrator of the account internally and partner with domain experts, product and senior management to ensure Seequent is seen as a trusted partner. Additionally, you will be the driving force to develop strategic opportunities, including white space analysis, account planning & mapping, and cross-functional partnership with our global sales support teams.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

  • Develop and maintain strong and professional relationships with enterprise-level clients, going higher, wider and deeper into our accounts, positioning us as a strategic partner.
  • Develop strategic plans for your accounts, maximising the value that both Seequent and our respective clients achieve from our relationship.
  • Work with the APAC Mining and Minerals Director, ensuring that sales activities lead to the achievement of company growth and profitability within your selected accounts.
  • Understand our customers technical needs and set up meetings with appropriate Seequent colleagues to further these opportunities
  • Manage and lead the negotiation and closing of B2B sales contracts.

IN ORDER TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU SHOULD HAVE:

  • Significant experience in account management, customer success, or related fields, preferably with enterprise clients in a role leveraging data to drive outcomes.
  • Experience selling Enterprise SaaS products across a global account footprint
  • A passion for delivering high-quality customer service with empathy and professionalism
  • Experience collaborating with technical teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity in client solutions
  • The ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and communicate these effectively to clients
