Description:

YOUR EXPERIENCE:

  • 6+ years of extensive experience in managing complex and commercial accounts as a Senior Account Manager with C-level interaction, preferably in technical organizations as well as recognized broad knowledge in the field of telecommunications networks and infrastructure.
  • Accredited broad knowledge in telecommunication networks and infrastructure, along with a proven track record of strategic sales cases and addressing of C-level executives.
  • Experience in new account management and business development, preferably in the enterprise telecommunications sector.
  • Extensive experience in managing major accounts.
  • Proven experience in budgeting & forecasting.
  • End2end Contract management experience.
  • Process Improvements knowledge and experience.
  • Good Finance acumen.

Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL DO

This is a full-time position that reports to the Managing Director.
You will have full responsibility for your sales acquisition, revenue and profitability targets. You will grow and develop Vantage Towers Romania business over time, creating and executing a strategic account plan in order to deliver higher return to our shareholders and increased value to our customers.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage C-Level relationships with Mobile Network Operators and other Wireless Network and Telecommunications companies in Romania investing in long term partnerships.
  • Develop new B2B accounts and partnership with Public Administration to grow our business over time.
  • Identify new business development opportunities with operators and enterprise customers.
  • Building relationships with key government stakeholders, understanding procurement processes, and leveraging public-private partnerships.
  • Contribution to cross functional projects launched with TopCo and with other Vantage Towers countries.
  • Create and execute the commercial strategy for Vantage Towers Romania.
  • Give input and execute the marketing plan for Vantage Towers Romania.
  • Manage the existing framework contracts and lead their modification to adapt it to the needs of the new environment.
  • Develop and establish the relationship with new and existing customers to grow the strategic business plan for Vantage Towers Romania.
  • Support the definition of new product development upon customer needs to create a sales funnel for new customers.
  • Staying up to date with the latest technological advancements in telecommunications and how these can be leveraged for business growth.
