Description:

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5 years’ professional experience in a similar position
  • Mandatory: fluency in Polish language
  • Knowledge of accounting issues supported by practical experience
  • Accuracy, thoroughness and ability to work under time pressure and in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to manage time and priorities
  • Ability to work as part of a team but also being autonomous in decision-making
  • Analytical skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, in particular Excel at an advanced level
  • Knowledge of English at min. B1 level

Responsibilities:

Issuing sales invoices

  • Processing cost invoices and checking them against formal requirements
  • Controlling the accounts (ability to reconcile account balances with settlements)
  • Involvement in drawing up periodic and annual financial statements
  • Participation in preparation of tax returns

  • Cooperation with external institutions and financial partners

    • Exercising formal, legal, accounting and content-related control of accounting and other documents with financial implications and their circulation
