Responsibilities:
- Provide data entry, accounting and general support for German entity;
- Prepare and enter general journal entries in accordance to company policy and US GAAP and German GAAP;
- Verify accuracy of accounting journals and relevant documents per established procedures;
- Manage AR & AP (including inter-company) processes with all connected reconciliations;
- Manage Fixed Assets ledger;
- Participate in month-close process;
- Prepare Balance Sheet reconciliations;
- Maintain compliance with company policy;
- Support Country Finance Manager on monthly, quarterly, annual internal and statutory reporting, internal / external audits, annual budget, government grants and related projects;
- Support German entity and regional Finance SSC on assigned projects;
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with relevant colleagues across the regio
