Responsibilities:

  • Provide data entry, accounting and general support for German entity;
  • Prepare and enter general journal entries in accordance to company policy and US GAAP and German GAAP;
  • Verify accuracy of accounting journals and relevant documents per established procedures;
  • Manage AR & AP (including inter-company) processes with all connected reconciliations;
  • Manage Fixed Assets ledger;
  • Participate in month-close process;
  • Prepare Balance Sheet reconciliations;
  • Maintain compliance with company policy;
  • Support Country Finance Manager on monthly, quarterly, annual internal and statutory reporting, internal / external audits, annual budget, government grants and related projects;
  • Support German entity and regional Finance SSC on assigned projects;
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with relevant colleagues across the regio
