About the department
The AP team is mainly responsible for processing, booking Coloplast’s liabilities, creation and updating of vendor master data, vendors invoice verification and handling invoice queries.

- Experience or background in accountancy

- verifying, processing and booking the cost invoices issued by suppliers
- communication with third parties in case of invoice questions or discrepancies
- reconciliation of vendor statements
- month-end closing activities including general ledger reconciliations
- following up on overdue accounts
- resolving invoice discrepancies
- preparation and update of work instruction
- approval of work instruction
- approval of changes made on suppliers
- reporting of financial data
- participating in projects
- representing CPBC in front of auditors
- prepare and deliver internal trainings
- support for Coloplast employees regarding financial data
- delivering proposals and implementing daily process improvements
