REQUIREMENTS

• Monitor and analyze department expenses and receivables to ensure alignment with budgeted figures.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, ensuring accurate financial planning for the department.
• Coordinate and prepare the department’s P/L statements to track financial performance.
• Continuously monitor and report on the department’s financial health, providing key insights to management.
• Work closely with operations teams to assess the financial performance of facility management contracts, ensuring profitability.
• Follow up on outstanding receivables and manage invoicing processes to maintain cash flow.
• Guide and support the operational team in cost analysis to optimize efficiency and reduce expenses.
• Conduct regular financial review meetings with the operations team to address any variances and identify improvement opportunities.
• Analyze sales data within the operations department and report findings to support strategic decisions.
• Oversee and manage timely payments to suppliers and subcontractors.
• Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly financial reports to key stakeholders.
