About the role:
DMCL Chartered Professional Accountants seeks a learning-oriented Senior Accountant to join our esteemed Private Enterprise Group in our Port Coquitlam office. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a public practice firm, specifically with private, owner-managed clients.

How you’ll make a difference:
- Plan and execute compilation and review engagements, including preparing financial statements in accordance with ASPE.
- Prepare and complete corporate, personal, trust, and other income tax filings.
- Provide exceptional service to clients by effectively managing the flow of information.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Who you are:
- You are a designated CPA professional with a minimum of two years of experience in public accounting. Designated or on the path towards obtaining your CPA designation in its final stages.
- Proficient in essential accounting software such as CaseWare and TaxPrep, you possess the technical acumen necessary for the role.
- Your hands-on experience in managing Canada Revenue Agency’s tax enquiries and reviews showcases your ability to navigate complex regulatory environments.
- Proactive approach to delegating and managing tasks to reviewing, planning, scheduling, budgeting, and ultimately preparing client work.
