Description:

BELOW ARE THE MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS THAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

  • The right to work in U.K without visa sponsorship
  • Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance
  • ACCA / ACA Qualified Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles
  • Knowledge of EU-UK taxation is compulsory
  • Knowledge of international taxation and invoicing
  • Previous experience in architectural / interior design studio is preferred but not compulsory
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent coordination and interpersonal skills to communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy of financial data

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THIS ROLE:

This position is based in our London office reporting to our Operations Director. You will find yourself in a multicultural environment and among passionate designers.
As a Senior Accounts, you will be responsible for and support the management team by providing up-to-date financial information to aid in the daily running of the business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain accurate financial records, including invoices, receipts, payments, and bank reconciliations.
  • Highly organised, diligent and structured with the ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Managing all bookkeeping tasks, ensuring accurate and up-to-date financial data.
  • Prepare and send out invoices, ensuring timely payments from clients.
  • Compile financial data in excel to submit to group finance department on monthly basis.
  • Liaise with the company’s accountants in global office locations and provide necessary documentation for audits and tax filings.
  • Manage expense claim for employees.
