Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. This role is essential for maintaining the financial health of our organization.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an accountant or in a similar financial role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely invoicing and payment processing.
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Conduct monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate with auditors during financial audits and provide necessary documentation.
  • Maintain and improve financial controls and processes.
  • Support management with financial analysis and decision-making.
