WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a driven professional to join our dynamic in-house Accounting team! Reporting directly to our Director of Finance & Accounting, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing our financial operations across both the UK and the US. You’ll be at the heart of ensuring our financial records are accurate, timely, and reflective of our high standards.

Month-End Process

  • Oversight of the month-end close.
  • Oversee the consolidation of Group financial results.
  • Ensure balance sheet reconciliations are prepared and reviewed.

Year-End & Audit Process

  • Be the go-to for managing our year-end audit, preparing statutory accounts under US GAAP

Key focus areas include:

  • Footnote disclosures (e.g., leases, equity, stock-based compensation).
  • 409(a) stock price valuations and equity accounting.
  • Managing deferred revenue, derivative valuations, and warrant accounting.
  • Stock-based compensation and ASC 606 compliance.

Financial System & Process Improvement

  • Drive improvements in financial systems and processes to enhance data accuracy and efficiency.
  • Spearhead system integrations to streamline the flow of financial information across the group.

Payments & Banking

  • Manage banking operations and ensure timely payment releases.
  • Collaborate with Corporate FP&A on working capital management.

Additional Projects

  • Support tax return filings, statutory filings, and investor reporting.
  • Jump into ad hoc financial projects and add value where it matters most, like investor reporting.
